Warranty
The following information outlines the standard warranty coverage extended to AnexTEK country service centers & strategic partners as well as outlines the range of support service available. AnexTEK's warranty is subject to change or may vary slightly from the details listed below depending on product availability, delivery time and delivery location. End user service and warranties are determined by our partners; please contact your dealer for more information.
AnexTEK products are covered by a standard limited warranty which is catered for each specific product line to ensure a high level of support. If our products fail during normal and proper use within the warranty period, AnexTEK will repair or replace the product at no additional cost (except shipping & insurance). AnexTEK's limited warranty covers defects encountered in normal use of the product and does not apply to damage from improper use, installation, accidents or improper packaging during shipment to AnexTEK. At anytime within a product¡¦s warranty period, AnexTEK partners can ship defective goods back to us for repair or replacement. AnexTEK products are generally warranted for 1 year unless otherwise stated. Warranty status shall be validated by the PO shipping date, product label or commerce invoice. This warranty only covers products originally purchased for use from AnexTEK or from any AnexTEK approved reseller.
AnexTEK expects its partners to examine shipped merchandise received from our office and send back any items that are defective. For each defective product, AnexTEK partners must first obtain an RMA number by filling out our RMA Request Form and faxing/e-mailing it back to us [(8862) 2696-7321, Attn: anextek@anextek.com Before shipping the product to us, be sure to write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping container, Make sure to pack the product securely. Returned items must be shipped to our office in Taiwan. AnexTEK's Support Team will work hard to return the product to you in a timely manner.
Types of Warranties
Normal Warranty:
AnexTEK products are generally warranted up to a year. During that time customers can apply for free service and repair. We'll pay the one-way shipping charge to the customer.
DOA (Dead On Arrival) Within 15 Days of the Warranty:
If a newly purchased product is dead on arrival, return it to us within 15 days of receipt and we will replace it with a new one. We¡¦ll pay the one-way shipping charge to the customer.
After Maintenance Warranty:
If a product under warranty fails within 30 days of repair, return it to us, we will repair it again or replace the product. We'll pay the one-way shipping charge to the customer.
Out of Warranty:
Products out of warranty must pay for service, shipping and materials.
